Knowledge transfer is considered a key factor to create success by many organizations. The organization reccognizes the value of clients, stakeholders and employees understanding their business, products and services. Yet, the organization have no previous experience in setting up and maintaining a structured approach to their learning programs. This lack of structured approach leads to less efficient programs, usually focusing too much on technical details and competence, without taking into account different learning styles and how to accommodate these.
